First Guard Health Plan Stops Serving Kansas and Missouri

FirstGuard Health Plan stopped serving Kansas members on 12/31/06 and Missouri members on 1/31/07. If you have any questions about services performed before these dates, please call:

We tried contacting the number to find out what was going on with First Guard but it said that the number no longer is supported. The voice then gave an address to forward claims but the address was very difficult to hear.

The First Guard Health Plan was a part of the MC+ and MC+ for Kids program.
